Liszt - Sonata in B Minor - Balint Vazsonyi - Live - 1960

One of my favorite interpreters of Liszt is Balint Vazsonyi. I loved his recordings of the Liszt Hungarian Rhapsodies. I have previously posted his recording of the Liszt sonata in B minor from 1971 on Pye Records. Here is an earlier live recording of him playing the sonata as part of his Master of Music Degree from Florida State University. It was given in the Opperman Music Hall in Tallahassee on March 25, 1960. I received this recording from his lovely wife Barbara to whom I am most grateful.
