Agree with commenter mentioning that the food quality has gone down hill...I am from out of the country, wife is Penang local and I've been going down there for over 15 years when visiting and the food has really gone down badly..priced too high for the stuff your eating...sad state of how this area has become...used to be more stalls there and now just a few like this area is dying and people are just not heading down there no more

This char okay teow is the worst. It's like economical char koay teow. Use to be ok 15yrs ago. The koay teow they use currently is the thick type. I guess it's due to costing. Don't simply recommend food and says it good. At least give an honest review not simply saying every stall that u visit is good
