the skill is "Giant Pop Corn flick up"
just hold "C" on your keyboard and press "~"
you dont need to press any arrow key
your player must not be moving (Standing still) , its a 5 star skill

I personally use a controller so i had to test it out on keyboard.
Fake dragback:
When your Player is facing 🢁:
Hold " Z " (Dragback button)
Then, press 🢃 , 🢀 , 🢃 , 🢂
(Down left Down Right)
it will take awhile to get the timing right, good luck 😃

How do I change the language to English?
Ever since the major update, (during the update FO4 thailand reinstalled the entire game - because they had a change of servers) , players are not able to change the language to english under 'custoptions' .
I don't think theres a fix to it until they themselves personally add english language to it.

I dont think they know that the english language was accidentally removed 😂
