This is one of my favourite shows. Everything changes,it’s just a matter of how well the characters fit together. I think it was sad that Mark decided to leave though. I miss Abby, but her replacement is proving to be an asset to the show. It’s still one of my favourite shows.
First, I hadto get to his goatee and then his extreme thinness. He was cute at first, but I can handle David as Ducky getting older and Mark's grey hair and mustache far better.
Once again a channel mixes up the actor with the character. The NCIS director character is Leon Vance played by actor Rocky Carroll, this video mixed that up.
I like the old cast Tony ziva and Abby they had such great chemistry between old of them especially when Tony would tease him and Mcgee would give him hell bk
I think he lost too much weight. But if he wanted to look so much older and less friendly than it worked. He looks sterner and less friendly but it fits the job.
I used to know an actual NCIS agent, ( K.H.) who retired after 20 years of service & who never mentioned handling cases involving spys, foreign agents, etc. As a previous Federal employee myself & a retired police officer of a NY state agency, I have always said that NCIS must be a non-union job, because there is no way any unionized employee would have put up with the antics of boss Jethro Gibbs! Gary Cole's character is far more likeable!
I love Leon Vance, I wish he was more visible in each episode. Jimmy is my next favorite and always love seeing him and am so glad he has a girlfriend. 😊🧑🏻🦳

Why are people so fascinated by how much actors’ appearance changes over such a long period?
Cause he looks sickly and everyone else looks very similar to how they did
Taking care of your health is so important but sometimes you can lose to much weight. It looks a little hollowed out. Glad he is still there.

Tim is my absolute favorite with Jimmy a very close 2nd. I think Vance would be an excellent SECRETARY OF THE NAVY.
