Надо делать так называемую ранжировку. Вписывать в настройки индивидуальнный код для муфты. На заводе вписывают какое-то среднее значение. Этот глюк еще с первых каптив. Погуглите про ранжировку каптивы, полно информации. Делается на дилерском сканере у электрика за 10 минут. Будет адекватнее 4х4 работать
+Alex Beq никакая ранжировка в таком песке не поможет... за баранкой походу совсем чайник) такие участки преодолевают ходом или постоянный полный+понижайка нужны... а так только машину гробить
No, it's the most expensive version for this model. 4WD, 3l engine w/o turbine, AT (6 gears). But tires are not good for such circumstances, and tires pressure is not fit for conditions

They are part time AWD, and only give drive to the rear wheels when they senses a need. So until the front wheels start to spin, they're essentially only a FWD. My guess is that they left the traction control on, and as you stated, they most likely didn't let their tyres down to suit sand.
Its not stuck, its either the driver doesnt know how to drive or does it on purpose.

First problem 🛑🛑 the tires aren’t for off-road, the tires aren’t deflated. The driver does not know how to drive!
