I like the full screen videos much better. You can’t see much with the vertical screen.
Me too. I try to stretch it out but only get Sean’s belly! What causes this.. using his phone instead of camera. At times He has a habit of walking n talking as he has the camera on himself and not pointing it at the subject he’s talking about. It takes skill to talk about a subject and think what you are filming. Some one on UTube needs to have a class for UTubers on filming.

Guinea hens are notorious for taking off and not returning. They work wonders with ticks and other bugs if you can get them to stick around.
I'm not trying to tell you what to put in your pond, but I might put some bluegill or sunfish for the catfish to eat and not your perch. The bluegill are good to eat as well

when the pond is dug out seal the bottom with clay. there are types of clay good for this. will hold water much longer.
Christmas trees is what was used in some ponds for what you were saying for fish.

The survival pond is a great idea. and if you are able to increase the available depth, it will Also become an excellent retention pond that will prevent a lot of heavy rain runoff damage.

Brandy, we saw recently for mosquitoes to put some vanilla extract into a spray bottle with some water and spray on yourself. It worked for the guy that was showing it. Worth a try.

My late father had a tree frog in the living room year's ago. The pond is going to be awesome. God bless y'all.
I live about 6-7 miles from the Missouri River. (About 1/2 hr from downtown St. Louis.) We are on the opposite side of a Highway from the River that seems to act like a barrier to serious Wildlife such as Feral Pigs, Black Bear, and Mountain Lions. On this side of the Highway it's common to see Coyotes, Fox, Deer, Racoons & Opossums. Not too long ago we had 4 Deer in our fenced 1/2 acre backyard. There are Fox & Coyote sightings around us regularly. We've never seen a racoon but we have seen opossum a couple of times. Oh, we also had a Ground Hog in our backyard years ago.
I watched the live 3 hours after it was over. The pond idea sounds like a winner for both you and the widlife.

KID cannot do anything about the vertical view--thank YCK TUBE! Yes, I thought the piggies (not the KK's) were ready for freezer camp, but thought they were not quite big enough yet. The problem with guineas if you don’t lock them up for a couple weeks on the property, they will wander off my neighbor two streets over didn’t lock hers up when she got them. Eventually, they wound up a half a mile away at my house on a major road and of course, one of them got hitand I did a crazy thing with it. I cut it up and I put it out on the roof of a small enclosure and the hawk came in today from it every day until it was all gone.😂❤❤

We have black bears 🐻 occasionally around here in my small city and townships. We have coyotes now also.

Here in Minnesota dogs who chase deer usually end up getting killed. So it’s a good thing that they don’t chase deer. And they know the difference between wild pigs and deer different scent. But as far as the girls are concerned the deer is trust pass on your land

I missed you live! Dang it. My wife and I bought her parents home and we show nothing to the town because of the taxes. I’m sure they are wanting to come in. But I’m staying low because we remodeled and upgraded everything and I mean everything. I’m in no hurry for more taxes.

Do you have to get permits for that kind of project or can you just do it on your own? Do you have a Water Management District or wetlands protection in your County? In Florida, there’s miles of red tape to do anything that might affect wetlands.
