Scott Martin, that's funny you caught a bluegill on a spinner bait. I just caught my PB bluegill on my first ever cast with a pegged Texas rigged baby brush hog.
Nice video, viewer's and you guys learned a lot. Brandon learned not to stand behind Scott,Billy learned how to play a big bass,Scott learned how to set hook. LMAO!!
Love this video! Nice slow paced full of tips and the sweet sound of birds chirping. Very relaxing and educational. Thanks Billy Big Bass! Really enjoyed it! Keep em coming. You guys are the best!
I love it I have already watched the version on the MTB page and i'm glad you posted this version on here with you hooking Brandon "Spinnerworm" in the back LOL and the back and forth with Billy "Billy Gotta Bass" and well lost a BIG bass LOL.
Very good info Scott . It's also nice that two friends can learn from each other . The other lesson from 3rd friend and videographer , don't stand close behind when someone is casting . Great info all around . Great video . Seriously you guys are the best!
Scott, could you do a lesson specifically on how to skip jigs? Rod actions, lines, reel settings, etc.? This seems to be a deadly technique that I'd like to learn.
Your pops always told us what like he was fishing on back in the 80s. I actually would have like to seen you fish that grub I was curious. Great tips on the swim jig i really enjoy throwing those.
The Big Bite Bait Limit Maker worked great for me on a Shaky Head. I caught 1 on 2 different bodies of water within 5 minutes of using it. They weren't big but that bait is effective for sure.
Maybe a little 20/20 slash 20/20. When seeing huge bass on beds always have a crankbait tied on ready to make a perfect pitch cast to. Your videos are awesome, along with the camera work and great editing. The back and forth bantering between Scott and Billy was funny and I totally so much appreciate Brandon's contribution with his excellent camera skill and editing skill. Great job all!!!
Pull the drone out next time to give us a birdseye view of you sight fishing in the shallows. It would be fun to watch your position on the boat, your lure and the fish react from above. You're welcome.
What is that knot your using to quickly change out your lures? No laughing but I’m still learning bass fishing and I have always fished for catfish on a leader with the quick change clip. I don’t know all my knots yet
God Bless you Scott. Your an amazing inspiration to everyone. Your videos are amazing. It’s awesome that you take time out of your life to teach people about bass fishing. You are the best bass fisherman every. I pray that God keeps blessing you and continues to pour blessing onto you and your family lives. Keep the videos coming. Also why is Billy not a pro bass fisherman? 🙏🏻
That skip though!! love your reaction after losing that big one! It doesn't matter that you've cought hundreds of them it always sucks losing one that big!!
The drone idea is a possibility switching back between Scott and the drone while teaching will enhance everyone's experience your call of course, always learning more and more, blessings..
hey scotty! we caugt some nice crappie yesterday. ending up taking 6 home. when i cleaned the fish, i was curious on what they where eating. cut open the stomach. and it was just a black grainy mush. what is this? mussels?
Nice video .good come back billy LMAO.Brandon you took that top water like a champ . fish are biting on Detroit river and lake st Clair caught over 20 spots
He will answer probably but even though you do waste some line i usually tie the Palomar just to have that strength retention because shallow you never know, could be one weighing 2lbs and it could be a 4ft. gar lol. Even my square bills are tied using it just because I have hooked into huge fish around the shallows.
A great shallow water bait, that not many people use, is an IMA Roumba. The bait looks like a potato, and I throw it in cover like pads, over grass, and around timber. Use it real real slow, like a wake bait, or crank it only goes a few inches deep, but has incredible action. Not a cheap bait either, I use the bass color with no rattles, and bluegill with rattles. It gets bit ones. My tip of the day for yall...
One of the better vids you’ve put out in a while and I like the instructional bit. The best part is giving Billie grief though. That was a hawg come on man! Lol
Hey Scott just wondering what type of fisherman do you consider yourself to be for example, offshore, flipper, or a site fisherman. I know you do all of those things but what is your favorite thing to do? What do you find yourself doing the most?
Love the videos , Scott, sorry we missed you last week. Maybe we'll see you in November, try to make 8-10 days there then. Keep up the videos I'm learning to actually catch a bass or two and not getting skunked. God bless brother. Steve
Love your videos and I mean all of them, Billy do not feel bad it gave me a good lesson on where not to go with a fish if I am ever lucky enough to go fishing with a future Hall of Farmer or fishing the back of the boat in a tourney like you do, maybe the next tourney you fish Billy you will remember that to win the tourney or at least Big fish for that day!!!
Likin the videos?! Want to catch big bass like we did?! Then if you share this, the bass will come!
Scott Martin kinda looks like you used the jerk crank technique to catch that fish
Scott Martin congratulations Scott
So true! I learned something from kid!
Scott Martin, that's funny you caught a bluegill on a spinner bait. I just caught my PB bluegill on my first ever cast with a pegged Texas rigged baby brush hog.
