Being from Missouri myself, I thought his accent was damn near spot on. What made me think he couldn't be a local was some of his saying he used and such. I thought locals just don't say it like that. Then I looked him up and was like "Holy shit, he's a Scot!" He did a damn fine job playing Jacob, I'm blown away.
