Chad have you listened to Robin's Sydney yet? This is such a tribute to him. His love for his brothers and music. Sydney is one of his last recording before passing. His son RJ worked on it to get it out. Robin wanted to get the song recorded with Barry but it was not to be. It is a difficult song to listen to. However, it is worth every tear it brings. Mo said in How do you mend a broken heart " Robin's not the guy to say I love my brothers or group hug." This song is Robin's I love you to his brothers, his group hug for them all. Robin has always been a joy to listen to his sang and gave his heart and soul.... this song was his heart his soul!! You will ugly cry no doubt. I have it on my play list the beauty of this song, the pain you hear in his voice just take you by storm and you feel his love for music for the words for life itself. It's his final gift. What a treasure this man was with his voice and his ability to give each person listening the ability to feel that someone understood their own heart and soul.....

It is called "Bodding" and can be found on you tube. The pictures there, along with this song, are just heartbreaking. You can feel what legends (Maurice and Robin) we have lost.

This song must be on the juke box in heaven! You can just close your eyes and levitate to this! Robin the paradox, delicate but powerful, a slight, slim man but character and guts like crazy. He even fought death with such courage and determination. Another paradox was how two so different voices like Barry's and Robin's contrasted, one element that made their songs so interesting, while at the same time could melt together like butter. IMO their best songs were where they traded leads. Mo's harmony was the whipped cream on top! The fact is the Bee Gees were three geniuses. Lightning struck that family three times! How did their later great songs like this get ignored?
I traveled back and forth several times when my Mom had some scary heart surgery in the spring. I listened to "Size" many many times in the car. "Heart Like Mine" grabbed me. I alternated between crying and being happy. There are so many magnificent songs to love over the decades, but this one has a special hold on me.
4 Times, Andy was very Talented too but never had confidence in himself, didn’t think he was as good as his brothers & that held him back from reaching his full potential. He had no idea just how good he was but if he had lived & joined his Brothers as planned, I think he would have reached it & gained that confidence. 😢💔

The chorus harmony is unbelievably tight and powerful, even with their gorgeous soft delivery. Well, that album is so, so great at all! Was recorded in a timeperiod, where the backlash had still lil influances, in case of the USA. In Europe, they've been successful, just like always thru' their career. Had a card for their concert-tour, but sadly the gig in Munich was cancelled, due to Barry's big health-problems at that point. Lateron, he's got back-surgery. Beside the great leads of Barry and Robin on 'Size', which you've already checked out, you can find Mo with 'Above And Beyond' and a song called 'Omega Man'. To me, that one's an absolutely must to check out!

I played it on my “Sony Discman” in my car on the way home and hearing this song for the first time. Robin’s voice is so mesmerizing in this song. I would enjoy your reaction to the live performance of another, more obscure song written by The Bee Gees, “Only One Woman”, by the Marbles. Graham Bonnet belts it out like only he could.

Count me in on this one. The video is great. They used this song to open the 1989 "One for All" concert in Melbourne. Definitely needs to be on the long list.
