- Rolling Sky's Birthday is on September 25th (according to The 4th Anniversary's Release Date on 2019), and i did this special montage to celebrate it; while it's true that the first Rolling Sky level was published on January 20th 2016, the developers might count the anniversary as the day when they started developing the game and not actually when it was being released to the public, and even with that logic it's still very confusing as the anniversary for other videogames is when it gets launched

5 years is surely a lot, and resuming Rolling Sky's history would be a very long process, specially because it has 95 levels featuring around 6 popular DJs and some of the levels with those songs are partially deleted due to copyright reasons; i find Rolling Sky as one of the best mobile games ever (if not the best), it has a lot of good levels and specially i consider its soundtrack as one of the best i've known (despite being a Sonic The Hedgehog fan i think i like this one more); obviously this game has it flaws, with the most notable being the insane amount of ADs that actually drag the game's quality down if you don't buy Infinite Balls (with real money) plus the fact that some levels are only available if you pay for them, and the ports to Steam and Nintendo Switch aren't really worth it, either; while those are big disadvantages, this game is still considered as a really good mobile game, being the best on Google Play on 2016
Most of the players are Chinese because that's where the game comes from, though there are a lot of good Vietnamese players and mostly asiatic if you see it by regions; the two most notable players are SHAvibe and Tuan Nguyen, which are top players and the second being considered the best overall specially due to its insane star streaks; i'm not really sure how much people could actually perfect the entire game, though i'm pretty sure there were around 300 out of 40000+ on 2018; i have to say i think i'm the best player on my country (Guatemala), because i haven't seen any other perfectionist around here or on the leaderboards, plus i had a 1000 star streak world record on Football Field (video link at the end of description)
On a personal experience i can say that i started playing Rolling Sky on August 2016 but left after beating Level 3 (maybe i passed Level 4 too but i don't remember), and then i came back to the game on September 4th, 2018 (one day before Faded Remix's Release) thanks to my classmates who were playing the game, and while i used to play on their devices, eventually i got a phone and installed the game there to play whenever i wanted; while my classmates left the game after nearly one month i decided to continue playing as i was the only one who could beat every 1-Star level; now i think i've become a very good player, getting ranked 1271 on Faster's Event (when i still was a relatively bad player lol), perfecting Happy Birthday and World Cup on February 2019 and then starting recording on October 2019... And the rest you can find it on my channel through all of these videos i've published until now
tl;rd: basically today on September 25th 2020 it's The 5th Anniversary of Rolling Sky probably based on when they started developing the game, i think this is one of the best games ever and since it's really hard there are around 300 perfectionist from 40000+ players with me being the top player from Guatemala

I gotta say, I agree with you. Rolling sky is so gud.
It's amazing how good a game can be. It doesn't even need to be complicated! A simple concept, lots of fun!
Even now, after so many updates, the game is still amazing. Although there are some dumb changes that cm did that were uneeded (the biggest of them is changing the main menu and removing the horizontal level menu UI) it's still so good. Good job cm, this game has a special place in my heart.
If you wondered how I discovered rolling sky, it's kinda funny. Was the game trending at the time and that's why I discovered it? Nope. Found it at Google play store recommendations? Nope. TH-cam recommendations? Nope, nope nope. I discovered it because well... I was playing some game and then I got an ad for rolling sky and I was like "mmmmm, this game looks good, imma give it a shot". Great decision now that I think of it... I started playing at the Christmas update. The game was a blast. The BEST era in the game was with no doubt was the candy - neon era. After the laser update, I stopped playing for a while until like the Halloween night update. The thing that sucks that I lost all of my skills when I returned back. I turned from a 4 to 5 star beater to a person that can't perfect levels like dazzle. And I still didn't retain my skills until today. I stopped playing later, the last time I remember playing in 2019 is when I checked the game for a short time and it was the 4th anniversary update.
After that some time later I wanted to play the game again and I went to redownload it. Fun fact:that was after the cheetah mobile games ban. I couldn't figure why da hecc I didn't find the game until I figured that cheetah mobile got banned off the Google play store for ad fraud. I then downloaded an apk at the ghost warrior update. Right now cm won't update the game, either cu they decided to give up on it, or that they are just lazy. If the game doesn't get updated again, I still will like it. Rolling sky is amazing and it's one of the best games ever. Although cm did start getting greedy later, and the game started getting flaws like stupidly high amount of ads, the game is still one of the best games ever. Well, gotta say, your montage skills are amazing buddy, be as amazing as u are.

For the fact I played rolling sky on 2016 and I played the first version when there is only Massif-sky-old forest(RIP)-dessert-volcano I feel nostalgic of this days I am was an og rolling sky player because I played the oldest versions of rolling sky and I loved the first ball and I was sad when I play Massif while thinking about those days on 2016 I miss it so much
