- A vlog of a day in my life as an Interior Design student. I am in 1st year doing Interior Design. One of the courses I take in college is model making. During my class I tried resin art for the first time as beginner.

Loved your videos,I will also pursue interior design from this year and college is going to start in few months....Can you plz suggest a good Laptop,as I am planning to buy one for interior designing.

I would honestly suggest you dont buy a laptop you may not even need to to use one in your first year as most of your work will probably be manual ( using paper and not digital). You also wouldn't need to to buy a great laptop at this time a basic one would still be enough.
When you do purchase a laptop you should invest in a good one you can use for years. Gaming laptops are the best as they can process the heavy files you will be working on. Something with at least 8GB RAM and a good graphic card like NVIDIA and processors like Intel and AMD is recommended.

Manipal was the right option for me but may not be for you. Whichever colleges your are considering you should throughly check before choosing. Some of the things I considered was cost, location, scholarship options, experience of the college.
Manipal's fees were reasonable for me compared to other colleges, they have 10 years experience in this field and if I am not wrong they are one of the first to start an interior design course in Dubai.
There will obviously be colleges better than manipal. Just throughly check whatever you are considering and remember to visit the college before you decide.

Is diploma in interior design good option or not and also does interior design course required math's is math's is imp for interior design I'm a soo weak in maths but i wanted to study interior design but beacuse of math's I'm confused can you please tell me
In my opinion, going to college for interior design is good because then you are professionally trained, but there are many self-taught designers doing great, so you should choose what will work best for you. Though I think most companies would more likely hire people with degrees.
Till now the math we have done has been really basic, like conversion of units ( cm to m), taking measurements and calculating the scale. What we have done is fairly simple and not too complex.

I didn't look into colleges in Mumbai for myself, but what I can suggest is just to Google "Interior Design colleges in Mumbai," and you'll find many websites that show various colleges. I suggest making a list, going through their official websites to understand what they offer exactly, and from there, cutting out colleges that don't work for you. Of course, you should also visit the ones you are interested in. I know I didn't exactly answer your question but I hope this helps.

It is Compulsory to give entrance exam in B.Des
@@AnayaShaikh-nj7mu Ok... I'm not sure if you're asking or saying but if you are asking I didn't have to write an exam. Though many places do have an entrance exam also you may have to show a portfolio. It depends where you are studying.
