VERY informative eng mutebi. But as a construction engineer myself, I believe cracks are caused by a myriad of issues other than unlevelled ground/foundation. For instance inferior/organic material in sand can cause major cracks in wall plaster. Also improper ratios in concrete can cause major cracks in the floor slab, ground, columns or ring beam.
