I'm always impressed to see all the split levels and basements and such. I think it's nifty. Plus I can't make them, so that adds to the curiosity of it all xD
I really liked this house! You are quite good with the split leveling, something I've yet to do well myself. I especially liked the idea of beams in the basement.

As other people have said, and I said in the video, I cover the areas Sims can't get to with black to make it look cleaner, you can still clearly see the world around it and it generally looks a lot nicer than having the room floating in complete blackness with nothingness.

Here is what I think. The house is gorgeous the only thing I dislike is the upper floor. The bedbunk bedroom shouldnt be there that could be the aster suit bathroom and the master suit bathroom should be the all porpuse bathroom. Then you would have another living space in the up stairs like a living room or a rompus room.
I'm also new sub :) just subscribed last night :) you've got talent man :) tell me, does The Sims 2 has the possibility to build the pool on the foundation like The Sims 3 does? My computer is weak for The Sims 3, so I installed all expansion and stuff packs of The Sims 2 xD keep up the great work :)

I agree windows and doors in the sims 3 can be a nightmare, Never seems to be a good match. As for the 4 wheeled chair I remember seeing them when I was a kid,Popular mostly during 50's, 60's and early 70's. They weren't very stable and lots of people flipped over in them, thus the 5-caster chairs of today.
He's said before that he doesn't really do too much with furnishing since we would re-furnish the house to our liking, at least he's said that in some vids before lol

I really like this house and how it looks from the outside, but I do think that you could have done a lot better on the interior decorating; it just doesn't seem like it's your best work.
How do you do the raised garden bed type things? You use them a lot, but its really easy to see at 10:58 near the pool - there is a grassy area raised above the base level of the lot.
I wish I was this good at the constrain floor thing. I can never get it to work for me. so my houses never look this good. Oh well, guess I gotta keep trying and messing it up. at least I haven't given up on it yet. :)

There are a few different ways, you can delete foundation or do a split level
