Sugar substitutes will get you 80 to 95 percent of the sweet taste of sugar and without the health damage to weight and organs and inflammation and insulin resistance that sugar causes.
I use several different ones.. golden swerve, brown monk fruit and one called Purecane.. they have white and brown.. it taste the most like sugar and brown sugar.. I order it on Amazon

Yes, as a matter of fact, that’s what I use a lot.
I left mine in frig longer than an hour, hard as a rock.
