I wonder if some foil would help with that - I know I already have issues burning my pie crusts. I just picked this up to make chicken pot pies for my husband so we don't have to buy the frozen ones as often.
If she likes more ingredients it's not really your place to tell her how to cook. Quietly don't use the recipe if you don't like it, there's no reason to be rude.

That pie looks a little burnt. These mini appliances in theory sound good but never work all that well.
Not true the griddle and waffle and sandwich press by dash oh n Rice cooker are all great working products

It's a good looking recipe. I just played it at 1.75speed. Just bought one of these the other day and want to check out stuff to put in it.
The edges burn and the middle isn't done enough on top crust.

@@shari_lynn7454 We like the way it cooks. We just mound up the middle so it touches the top and coat it with butter.
Far too many ingredients, keep it simple❤
