The trustee is not a cosigner to the loan. The trustee works for the bank in the event you don't pay. Wells Fargo (for example) will call their trustee to sell your home. That's why foreclosure sales in California are known as "trustee sales" because the trustee is selling the property on behalf of the lender. Hope this helps.
Mortgage and foreclosure are illegal because banks and lenders don’t loan you money they buy securities and contracts the creditor is actually the person the signs the promissory note
Any person can discharge the debt of real property all contracts are ABS securities principal is paid at the moment u sign by pool of investors all debt obligations are paid the us treasury because us gov and banks barrow money from the public bank deposits are actually u lending the bank money in a fractional banking system the only keep 10% the other 90% the loan it out
