      +mohamed abdel-hady Many people have collected the turntable by hand. Is this project has no right to exist? A new version of the turntable, which can be assembled without soldering.

    Great job, there is a demand for this turning tables and they are expensive. With this, you have good price and maybe can adjust even the speed, my whole point is - If would make like a ' kit' with all the parts, ready to be ordered and assembled, under a video like this, I think you may have some orders. 😀

      does it have start/stop control? We have a lot of customers in Europe asking where to purchase a start/stop turntable that will move at even intervals (say every 10-degrees).

    • @VladimirMatiyasevich
      @VladimirMatiyasevich 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Iconasys The next version of the firmware will be implemented fully automated shooting.
      Now you can rotate without stopping or turning a certain degree.
      Can be rotated by 10 degrees, but every time I run manually.

    Whoa. Looks awesome. Wish I could craft somethig like that =)
    Does your controller sync with camera? That would be totaly rad: set the model, fire the table up and let the camera take shot every 22,5 deg, for instance.
    So you would get totally smooth sequence in full-auto mode.

      @AlexRednitz 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      О, пардон. Не сразу понял, что Вы по-русски общаетесь.
      Заметил, что английский не native, а дальше в комменты не полез. =)
      Ага, с камерой синхорнизируется, нашёл. Классно.

    • @VladimirMatiyasevich
      @VladimirMatiyasevich 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, the controller is synchronized with the camera. Connected via plug the wired remote control. Now the firmware allows up to 200 shots per turn 360 degrees.

    Still no manual in English. I'm Peruvian, so going from Russian, to English, to Spanish can be tricky. I managed to translate the instructions and I will try to ensemble it. I know nothing of Electronics or Robotics or anything like it, but I will give it a try. First challenge, to get all the material. If I can make this turntable, you will truly be able to say it is DIY.

      Jan Scott This is an automatic turntable. Is synchronized with the camera.
      On a large turntable can be placed objects weighing up to 200 kg.
      Assembly instructions are on the site.
      Soon I will publish the manual in English.

    Nice build but..... firstly, the rotation is far too fast for product photography and secondly you need short rotation, stop and then auto trigger camera - oh and a little less 'look what I did' and a bit more 'how I did it and what I used' would be helpful....

    • @VladimirMatiyasevich
      @VladimirMatiyasevich 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      The video was made 4 years ago. Go to the project site, suddenly something new appeared :)
      The video does not demonstrate the functionality of the turntable. This is an overview of the build process.

    I'm not judging the product but the description is deceiving.It's not a DIY turntable but a professionaly designed product that requires assembly from the client. Using the term DIY here is a stretch.

  • @telelaci2

    What is this ? Are you advertising a turntable-kit what you sell ?
    This is a strange DIY. Not everyone have a laser cutter, and not everyone can program arduino.
    If you are selling this kit, why do you direct people to a russian site ? Is this for russians ? Or people need a laser cutter, an Arduino for Dummies book, and a Russian dictionary ? Nice video anyway, but what do you want to achieve with it, its not clear. People can't build nothing based on the above video.
    I guess today I must buy a ready-made turntable :/

      We can order the service of laser or milling cutting. Also, laser machines are in specialized schools. There were cases when the project was assembled by children. I do not know what to tell you ... Information, drawings and firmware are available absolutely free ...

    Come across these promo vids that sell kits. Yes, they look and work great, but then when you check prices, they want a fortune. Why does everyone try to make a killing on these things. This is not rocket science and the parts are cheap to source, yet without fail, kits cost five to ten times or more of what the actual cost is. Offer this at a truly affordable price and make your money on volume, not one shot deals.

      At first I thought it was spam. What are you talking about? We give direct links to components. However, these are not our stores. We generally do not limit the person in choosing a store with accessories. We give the firmware and drawings for free ...
