I have to say, this a true value proposition. It’s non-pretentious and practical. Wish they could included other variables like distances to amenities, true level 5 hospital, green spaces an d build restrictions. Nothing like spending money only for a Church or Mosque or Nightclub built next door with all that noise. More importantly, the human density etc.
