It's a actually not a new thing, people like that existed before, Christians called it "speaking in tongues", and it was considered either demonic possession or angels speaking through you. I think I've read something about scientists analyzing people like that and finding some cool things about how they subconsciously base the flow and cadence of their gibberish on the languages they know

I think it’s so egotistical to think that aliens would talk like us. There are so many other methods to communicate. Depending on their biology they could use completely different sounds to communicate, or they could even use light, or alien sign language, idk. The odds of aliens using the same syllables that we do is VERY low.

On the topic of commentary, I really appreciate what Charlie has done regarding react content. I truly believe this is a net positive for the viewers and is a much more pleasant watching experience with the cuts every few minutes where Charlie just talks about the subject on his own. People mostly watch Charlie for his likeable character, and having more of that per video is great. Barely even anything more than heavy introspection, becoming very aware of some of my behaviors that I didn’t like, bettering myself, and writing some music. Not even DMT (several times) gave me too much more than that besides a really powerful out of body experience. This is my opinion but if anything, doing psychedelics so often in my early 20s helped me STOP believing in some (again, imo) illogical things, ie no longer being Christian, although as I got older and learned more about the history of it, I learned that so much was exaggerated for the sake of telling a story or teaching a lesson. (source: went to a Christian college that required history of new and Old Testament courses and was majoring in humanities with a focus in ancient literature. I don’t mean to say that nothing in the Bible was real, just that historians and writers of the time didn’t seek to preserve facts, they often wanted to prove a point or teach a lesson and used exaggerated stories to do so.) So I guess the seed of doubt was already there anyway, but it really helped. I’m what I like to refer to as a “hopeful agnostic” now. I also support healthy, safe, and supervised use of psychedelics for the purpose of bettering yourself and introspection and humility and those sorts of things- but there are still people who probably shouldn’t do them. I can see why this confuses a lot of people, so I wanna share my two cents :) I used to be an outsider to this community, but now that I am in it, I will try to explain it as well as a I can. "Light Language" is a meditation practice that people who identiy as starseeds use. Starseeds are people that believe that they have past incarnations on other planets instead of just on earth, like how in Hinduism you can be reincarnated as a human, insect, cow, etc. Starseeds believe that they are meant to help protect the earth through planting trees, taking care of animals, etc. Being a starseed is a new age religion, if that makes any sense. So instead of prayer, we meditate and/or use light language. I have only used light language once because it does feel awkward to know people might hear you. I have heard light language described as "meaningful gibberish", and that is pretty much what it is. There isn't direct translations; it is just letting yourself go and letting sounds leave your mouth. It feels pretty good! There is also visual light language which is symbols that people write just in the flow of meditation. So, TLDR, light language is an external release of the flow of meditation. To some people, it has a translation, but to others it doesn't. Would love to talk to people, so feel free to ask questions :) I love my people but I also have a lot of doubt, so I understand questioning. I even question these two young women because of how "perfect" the house looks and how "perfect" all the crystals are. I am also a film student, so I can tell a lot of this seems staged.
To be fair, if reincarnation is true then you would expect people to be reborn on other places than on Earth. You never hear that from people who beleive in reincarnation otherwise. But you also don't hear from them that they should be reborn as bacteria 99.9999% of the time, by their cheer quantity. I'm so surprised charlie hasn't heard of ayahuasca, but if anyone else is confused by that, it is a south american traditional spiritual drink made from of a couple rainforest plants that essentially makes DMT an edible and last for like 12 hours instead of 15 minutes. It's usually accompanied by a lot of vomiting (at first) and ideally, with a guide, helps people work through some of their deepest flaws with a weight that they don't typically get with something like a session of talk therapy. that being said, if you are interested, do your research, and have someone there to guide you who is experienced if you decide to do so. I've never done it personally, but I have firsthand experience being around other people on it for their safety, and it can get much wilder than a lot of other drugs. from a biochemical standpoint, it's totally safe, but from a mental standpoint you can really fuck yourself up if you're not in the right setting. be safe y'all!

I think it’s so egotistical to think that aliens would talk like us. There are so many other methods to communicate. Depending on their biology they could use completely different sounds to communicate, or they could even use light, or alien sign language, idk. The odds of aliens using the same syllables that we do is VERY low.
There’s a reason humans (and many other animals) use sound instead of other methods
It’s fast, not as fast as light but much faster than communicating through chemicals or touch, and across short distances it barely makes a difference
It works around obstacles, unlike light, you don’t need to be in direct line of sight to communicate
It has very good range, you can communicate through whispers for stealth or speak to hundreds (or even thousands) of people at the same time by shouting
From a logical standpoint, unless the aliens are telepaths, they will most likely use sound. The catch is that there is a high chance it will be at frequencies we cannot hear or barely hear.

On the topic of commentary, I really appreciate what Charlie has done regarding react content. I truly believe this is a net positive for the viewers and is a much more pleasant watching experience with the cuts every few minutes where Charlie just talks about the subject on his own. People mostly watch Charlie for his likeable character, and having more of that per video is great.
Hopefully this will someday become the norm, at least on TH-cam since while streaming it's harder to do this.

Barely even anything more than heavy introspection, becoming very aware of some of my behaviors that I didn’t like, bettering myself, and writing some music. Not even DMT (several times) gave me too much more than that besides a really powerful out of body experience. This is my opinion but if anything, doing psychedelics so often in my early 20s helped me STOP believing in some (again, imo) illogical things, ie no longer being Christian, although as I got older and learned more about the history of it, I learned that so much was exaggerated for the sake of telling a story or teaching a lesson. (source: went to a Christian college that required history of new and Old Testament courses and was majoring in humanities with a focus in ancient literature. I don’t mean to say that nothing in the Bible was real, just that historians and writers of the time didn’t seek to preserve facts, they often wanted to prove a point or teach a lesson and used exaggerated stories to do so.) So I guess the seed of doubt was already there anyway, but it really helped. I’m what I like to refer to as a “hopeful agnostic” now. I also support healthy, safe, and supervised use of psychedelics for the purpose of bettering yourself and introspection and humility and those sorts of things- but there are still people who probably shouldn’t do them. I think this video kinda shows that. As soon as she said she did ayahuasca last week, I knew some really really silly stuff was about to happen. And boy. I can see why this confuses a lot of people, so I wanna share my two cents :) I used to be an outsider to this community, but now that I am in it, I will try to explain it as well as a I can.
"Light Language" is a meditation practice that people who identiy as starseeds use. Starseeds are people that believe that they have past incarnations on other planets instead of just on earth, like how in Hinduism you can be reincarnated as a human, insect, cow, etc. Starseeds believe that they are meant to help protect the earth through planting trees, taking care of animals, etc. Being a starseed is a new age religion, if that makes any sense. So instead of prayer, we meditate and/or use light language.
I have only used light language once because it does feel awkward to know people might hear you. I have heard light language described as "meaningful gibberish", and that is pretty much what it is. There isn't direct translations; it is just letting yourself go and letting sounds leave your mouth. It feels pretty good! There is also visual light language which is symbols that people write just in the flow of meditation.
So, TLDR, light language is an external release of the flow of meditation. To some people, it has a translation, but to others it doesn't.
Would love to talk to people, so feel free to ask questions :) I love my people but I also have a lot of doubt, so I understand questioning. I even question these two young women because of how "perfect" the house looks and how "perfect" all the crystals are. I am also a film student, so I can tell a lot of this seems staged.
To be fair, if reincarnation is true then you would expect people to be reborn on other places than on Earth. You never hear that from people who beleive in reincarnation otherwise. But you also don't hear from them that they should be reborn as bacteria 99.9999% of the time, by their cheer quantity. It's always an animal they heard of (usually considered cool or cute) or an ancient aristocrate.

I'm so surprised charlie hasn't heard of ayahuasca, but if anyone else is confused by that, it is a south american traditional spiritual drink made from of a couple rainforest plants that essentially makes DMT an edible and last for like 12 hours instead of 15 minutes. It's usually accompanied by a lot of vomiting (at first) and ideally, with a guide, helps people work through some of their deepest flaws with a weight that they don't typically get with something like a session of talk therapy. that being said, if you are interested, do your research, and have someone there to guide you who is experienced if you decide to do so. I've never done it personally, but I have firsthand experience being around other people on it for their safety, and it can get much wilder than a lot of other drugs. from a biochemical standpoint, it's totally safe, but from a mental standpoint you can really fuck yourself up if you're not in the right setting. be safe y'all!
