    I want to warn everyone the mini series drones do not have built in fans DJI does not disclaim or warn users to keep fan pointed at drone when it is turned on and idle or during firmware updates, if the drone is idle for more than 5 minutes the 5.8ghz module inside can melt or become permanently damaged there is no solution other than to replace the whole drone or send to dji for repair.
    You cannot just change motherboard as gimbal is also serialed and tied to mainboard, if this issue happens only solution is to connect drone to 2.4ghz manually every time you want to fly or send to dji for repair/replacement
    Thats it, DJI gives no warnings that the chip can melt or overheat or to use a fan causing permanent damage to drone.

      Problem solved ✅, The problem is in drone motherboard, It will cost you 12-14k INR for new motherboard in India.

      @Limbreak you can't just replace the motherboard the gimbal and camera are serial tied to the motherboard

      Repairing professionals know how to do their job well. They changed the motherboard and did something using their laptop and everything is working perfectly fine. They even removed the 15m height restriction for Dji mini 2

    Same with my issue...but my 5.8ghz after fly 10-30 meter signal lost....2.4ghz work fine

      But does it face any issues while flying it on 2.4ghz? Such as loosing signal constantly etc?

    Do you get the replacement unit from DJI when the drone still under warranty ?

      App version is not releated to this issue.
      If it is software issue - drone has to be upgraded
      If it is hardware issue - drone mainboard has to be replaced
      In my opinion it is hardware issue, DJI replaced my drone for new, now it works fine.

      @@MariuszPurwin but before firmware update it was working fine. issue occured after updating firmware.

      @@divyaprakashdixit it looks that mainboard becomes too hot while updating process and this causes the chip to burn out. These are my guesses.

      @@divyaprakashdixit i have no idea, i didn't see mainboard schematic, so it could be a chip for 5.8 ghz or part of dualchannel chip

    • @MariuszPurwin
      @MariuszPurwin  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@RussellRodent Nope they didn't say. I found that problem is caused by Qorvo QPF4550 module. After replacement process, while updating my drone i'm using additional fan ;-) in order to cooling that.
