      @@hoosiermaker2358 Exactly! Keep it on the low before it gets ruined. I was going to comment on a particular beach in Florida that is my number one, but I decided not snitch myself out. We live in Fort Walton Beach, I grew up and lived there all my life. The best beaches by fare on the Emerald Coast is Grayton Beach Florida State Park on 30A, then it’s Henderson Beach, Navarre Beach, Destin, Panama City and Pensacola Beach. Even our neighbors in Gulf Shores, Alabama has the quartz crystal white sandy beaches too that washes down from the Appalachian mountains.

      Destin doesn’t compare to Navarre. It’s the same sand and water but 10 times the people and umbrellas at destin. If this list is about sand, water and less crowds, Navarre is #1. I haven’t been to Henderson though. Looks great. And no, I don’t live in Navarre yet.

    Haulover clothing optional beach in Sunny Isles is extremely popular. A beautiful sand beach with easy access and parking is only $7 per day. Rest rooms and showers are close to the beach and they have a food wagon that serves great food beginning around 11 am. A nice weather day in March will find thousands of naturists from all over the world on the beach wearing nothing more than a smile.

      The north end is a clothing-optional and family-friendly area of the beach. Beach ambassadors patrol the beach to ensure that the beach is a safe and friendly place for everyone. Once you try it, you will never want to wear a bathing suit at the beach again.
      It is also fun to watch the boats and yachts go in and out of the Haulover Inlet at the south end (bathing suits required) of the beach. The water and waves in the Atlantic Ocean can be quite rough and challenging to navigate.

    Have been to Naples several times and the beaches are awesome. If you like shelling it is good as well. Just got back from Marco Island and had a blast. That beach has the most shells I have ever seen. Definitely worth looking into.

    I LOVE LOVE that there are still places in Florida that millions of people don't find on youtube. One of FL's best kept secrets is STILL yet to be exploited. It's only a matter of time, but to this day, I just want to let everyone know that those places still exist :)

      We live in Southwest Florida and of all the beaches mentioned, only ONE of them is only accessible by boat. That is Caya Costa. That is the one we boat to from our house.

    We recently came back from Florida and Fort De Soto park (North beach) hit the spot. Privacy, quiet, clear and nice sand beach. Couldn't get parking for St. Pete Beach - so limited parking but glad that happened as we spent our time both days at De Soto instead. Much much better for us.

    Seen all of these beaches. I think for sheer great beach - but it can get crowded, Clearwater Beach is the nicest we've seen - sand, depth of the beach (space), water temp, swimming etc. etc. and then the options of food etc around the beach.

    As a Florida resident, I would suggest Honeymoon Island, although I haven't been in a while, but worth a look. It is a State Park so there is an entry fee. North Redington Beach is another one as well as Howard Park Beach, Clearwater Beach, Sand Key Beach, and Cayo Costa.

    • @blaster-zy7xx
      @blaster-zy7xx 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      yes to all your suggestions, but Cayo Costa is hard to get to. Only boat accessible , which is why it is a nice secluded beach.

    Honeymoon Island State Park is a private Island and beach by ferry. Best sand, best sunset. Around $10 a couple which includes parking and ferry ride to and from. A must see. The causeway getting to the island ferry is nothing, but Honeymoon Island is a hidden gem.
