Four years ago i started exercising with you vids. After my 2nd child i've started back this year and looking at how much you have accomplished have motivated me to keep pushing even when i'm discoruaged You have come along way with shape and fitness. Thank you for your motivation
I'll be doing this every other day with doing her 3year old 5min daily abs in the days i don't do these. I'll be trying to see my progress after 2 weeks, then a month and so on! Just reporting my growth. My starting measurements. Height - 5 ft 3in Waist - 29in/75cm Hips - 37in/95cm I'm a 140 pounds at 19 😅 Im also on Birth control so, we'll see how that effects this as well, im not changing my diet too much other than incorporating more protein and trying to pull out less sugar and snacking. So for today i felt it when doing the first side booty exercises, (goes to show where the work needs to be put in!) and definitely when doing the swishing planks.

Do you have a video that’s good for fixing square butt? mine is bigger at top and bottom but has nothing it the middle so just looks like a big square 😅
I’ve also noticed that she is coping the layout of some ivanas thumbnails. I think you have to be creative when it comes to being a content creator and it would make me mad if i know someone copies all my efforts.

Just go early to bed and weak up early and start your day with exercise and trust me you'll feel fresh and energetic the whole day 😊

They both focus on booty workouts 😭 ion really see how Jane copies her thumbnails...?

Don't lie, Jane does more strength combo moves, two completely different styles that are equally effective
