I think the idea behind this is how revenge can consume you and make you blind?
I think the biggest issue I have is the holes that I lost either through edits or bad translation. So basically the 1st husband spends 7 years in a set up to betray his wife (FL) in an act of revenge against her family? I really didn't understand the history here, obviously some was instigation on the part of the mistress and others (the son that wasn't his was 9 and his bio kid was from his 7 year relationship with wife). When the mistress admits things when her son dies it sounds like she was with the husband partly because the daughter was a match for her kid??? Then it was the husband's mother who actually killed the FL's mother? So it was confusing that he was seeking revenge but in reality his family wronged her family? It was something about the sins of the previous generation. I wish I understood more because the level of revenge even against his own kid didn't make sense. He didn't seem to know she could inherit her father's company when he died or did he think another family member got it since he thought she committed suicide that first year. What was his real revenge purpose other than ways to cause pain? I also didn't get if it was just a bone marrow transplant, which while painful, should not be life threatening for the donor. I thought the daughter died because the mistress injected something into the little girl but then when boy is dying there is talk about "heart" and I wondered if they meant the organ or feelings. So if it was just a transplant and the mistress killed the girl it would explain some of the more conflicted feelings the FL had with the ex husband.
The mistress is in love with her baby daddy not the husband so I didn't get why she hated the FL so much, even if there was a power play in who loved who.
So basically husband/ex-husband destroyed his family because of revenge only to learn he had no just cause for revenge. I thought he more directly killed FL's dad but then a line later made me wonder if it was more indirect even if he caused it.
I get why the FL went so revenge crazy with the ML she ended up with. She warned him what would happen if he betrayed her, and giving him the chance after being betrayed by the ex-husband would cut so much deeper that the revenge desire would multiply. This makes sense and also opened her up to manipulation from those others around her feeding in to that desire which I assume is what happened with the ex-husband to an extent. The FL believes the ML in the male lead although she only has her gut to rely on until she is forced to miscarry by the fiancee set up by the family. Another lost child and everything pointing at his betrayal.
When the ML is destroyed and the FL realizes her part in it, the manipulation of those around them and her fault it is tragic and another point that revenge makes you blind, etc.
The cousin really bothered me. She was close to the FL and an ally. She knew at least part of the situation and that while there was huge baggage+ between the FL and ML she chose to continue to allow the ML to believe the FL hated him and that the support he was receiving was all from the cousin when the company was given from the FL and the rescue was set up by the FL. He expressed regret at the breakdown between them and the cousin just allowed that grow and insert herself as the savior because she liked him. It was from the start and intentional. While she realized some of her mistake in the end and didn't try to physically harm the FL, and actually tried to prevent someone else from harming her, in reality she was selfish and manipulative with the ML. This just made the whole situation worse because she was an ally and the FL had been betrayed, he had been betrayed and the cousin was betraying them both for her won self interests, so poor her when he realized he couldn't stop loving the FL. If she really respected relationships and really loved the ML versus wanting him to love her, she would not have done what she did and been more honest. I'm not saying she didn't provide support, but it was with a vested interest and not altruistic or honest.
So did Tang Chuan kill Tang Jin's mother in the end? How did she die? There was supposed to be some blame misplaced on the FL but I didn't get how that actually came about. Also if the FL knew Tang Chaun was the bio dad of the 9 year boy and knew he had allowed her ex to think kid was his - then why did she trust him as much as she did even if she didn't fully trust him - apart from blind revenge she seemed to reward him too much with the supposed history
I wish the ending had been more comprehensive. Suddenly Tang Jin was back in charge but before Tang Chuan was fully deposed because he was still concerned the FL would know about his new kid with the ex-husband's mistress (Yuwan?)
Now I am going on the assumption that the ex-husband forced a bone marrow transplant that resulted in his daughter's death which is typically not dangerous for the donor (although I don't know about kids) but that the mistress actively killed the daughter which was the real cause of death. So on that assumption it makes more sense that the FL could come to a point in her mind to interact with the ex-husband more creating a new relationship. IDK. There are so many cases where abuse has happened, death/murder but when a relationship is thrown in the reactions don't make true sense to an outsider. Our minds usually downplay trauma, allow us to minimize or forget so that we aren't caught in the pain. (while some people also have the opposite happen and the trauma becomes all consuming and the brain fixates on it) Downplaying that trauma is a coping mechanism. Compartmentalization is easier for some than others. I know from personal experience (ongoing bullying that stopped at some point more than anything more traumatic) that sometimes you just have to separate the person into two separate people to deal with the situation. It is just a way to deal and move forward.
She was suddenly hellbent on revenge on the ML, ex-husband had lost everything in her previous revenge and she was suddenly alone again except for the older man helping her. She spent 7 years loving him with her whole heart before the betrayal came out. Over time he continued to support and help her as atonement. I honestly think it makes some sense that she was crying for him in the end. Again, it makes more sense if he was indirectly responsible for the daughter's death and the father's. The "I forgive you" .. maybe less but the high emotions of the moment .... and forgiveness can be a way to let go of hate and bitterness too.... revenge had so consumed her ....

Фильм очень интересный! Настоящая любовь побеждает всё! Очень рада за главную героиню: смелую, отличного президента компании, отчаянно борющуюся за свою новую любовь. За пережитые горе и страдания она вознаграждена вновь стать матерью, и вернула мужа себе.
1. The ex- husband (SML) did not get enough punishment for his evil deeds before his death (mind you, it was a quick and not so painful one and also at the expense of saving the FL). All he got was just kneeling and bowing in front of his daughter’s memorial plate, sort of loosing his company (but still is the CEO), running all sorts of errands for the FL and getting to know the truth about himself wrongfully seeking revenge on the FL. FYI, the mistress’ kid dying is not karma for him, bcos he’s not his biological son.
2. The ML technically did bring it upon himself. He had all the time and chances to let the FL know of his plan, but he did not and chose to humiliate her in front of the other woman. So I would say that the FL loosing her child with him, is a consequence of the ML’s poor choices of action. However, I do think that the FL did went pretty overboard with her revenge against the ML, which also subsequently caused his mother to die and etc. She should’ve channeled much of that vengeance towards her ex-husband.
3. The SFL (aka the FL’s cousin sister) was actually quite the victim here. Although she did fall in love with the ML and wants to be with him, she didn’t really cause much harm, if any. And it was both the ML and FL that allowed her to get close to the ML and develop feelings. Let’s also not forget she was the one who took care of him and gave him encouragement.
I haven't finished watching yet but I had to come back here to comment on part 3. I disagree that the FL's cousin is a victim. She is encouraging the ML and supporting him with resources from the FL while taking credit. She knows her cousin is trying to avenge him on her end and the reason she is the one there. He talks about the FL and regret and rather than tell him about the FL she tells him to move on. She admired him as an idol and and it feels like she is taking advantage of the situation to get what she wants at this point. Even if the FL said not to tell him (which I can assume but I didn't see in the captions), with his comments at the point I am at, it is honestly the perfect time to tell him she didn't abandon him. To not tell him is selfish. It isn't even about him choosing one or the other at this point but just being honest about the situation if she really cared about him instead of caring about her own wants. I haven't finished watching yet but I had to comment because I am a bit annoyed that it is someone who is an ally who is basically adding another type of misunderstanding to the story.

This super rich FL is a billionaire. No security to protect her. And she's constantly harassed or in danger. She doesn't have a single true friend, assistant or employee to help her. She goes from one man to another for revenge. Crazy!

Lol! That's really the point of revenge... it's POINTLESS. Revenge is just an act to simply satisfy humans' sick version of justice. FL's heart was filled with pain, rage, & hatred that she simply didn't care what she's doing. People wouldn't understand unless you go through the same stuff as they do. It's ALWAYS easy looking in from the outside, but it's very different when YOU're actually the one in the situation. It's very easy to judge coz we're not the ones experiencing the things they're experiencing. You'll be very surprised how pain & hatred can change a person. An angel can literally become a demon just to get even.

This drama skipped very important parts of this drama! From the beginning we don't know why the husband abuses the wife so viciously for the mistress. So its confusing from the start! Then all through it we skip over major plot points! I watched all to the end and it gets worse and worse leaving out major actions. Watch if you want but I found it annoying. But at least there is an ending ..if you can figure out how it came to be!
