I’ve been wondering, how do you get such a smooth finish on the sculpture? I’ve only been sculpting for a few years, and I’m trying to make my sculptures look smoother, but it’s been pretty difficult.
@@LuckyTheCat256 I just spend a lot of time smoothing everything out with my hands. I also use a sandpaper to remove any small rough spots.

This is INSANE it almost looks like a 3d digital render by how smooth and polish it is
It really is just... so difficult to get that kinda effect, I swear. Its maddening.
The clay distorts as you do finishing work on the opposite side, and if you cure it to keep it stiff, then you have to contend with adhesion issues making the whole thing weaker and prone to snapping as you work.
Even the intentional breaks and rejoins are skilled, because its so easy to just crack the whole thing along the armiture.
The level of skill is truly off the charts.

The figures are so clean and smooth! Their expressions are so lively and really emphasize their friendship, and how much fun they are having ^^ It tells a clear story. This precision and care is even put on the cutie marks and lines in the air, which are very small details. I love how you assembled the parts like it was a toy, it was more work but made the process look funner!! Take caree ✨️✨️
