Undyne is going to have one huge moral dillema when faced with her Horrortale counterpart. Also, if you ever come back to this unique idea, could you have them react to different Papyrus' like the Disbelief and King Papyrus comics.

I would love to see a version of Sans AU's from this! Even if it isn't possible in the games, I would be so happy to see a timeline where everyone but Sans got spared.
