For BW end wrought fittings and socket weld end fittings better to follow ASME Standards Dimensions of BW end fittings are as per ASME B16.9 and Dimensions of SW end fittings are as per ASME B16.11. Material of CS BW end fittings is ASTM A234 Gr. WPB and Material of CS SW end fittings is ASTM A105.
Class 3000 is not 3000 psi. The threaded and socket pressure classes correspond to various seamless piping schedules. So that if it's corresponding piping schedule works for the desired pressure and temperature, the fitting will too. Butt welded fittings are just the thickness of the matching pipe and can handle whatever the straight line pressure and temperature capabilities of that pipe is.

Is there any video on how to do butt weld of large diameter (ID 1800mm) pipelines ?
I do not have any such video. But for this size of pipe, welding to be done from outside as well as from inside.
