Do you have to produce static so the confetti sticks to the sides of the balloon. Or with the air and helium it should do it on its own? If you take it outside in cold weather (for example) will that effect the confetti? Thanks!!

With that size balloon can you use foil confetti and just air? Great video👏🏾👏🏾

Good Morning! We are glad you like the video! Yes, you can use foil confetti but it works better when you use Hi-Float inside as well. You can find a video about that technique here --> goo.gl/oi4AK2
