      Exactly correct, when they declared him to be incapable of such, they should retroactively dismiss any thing he has signed or given authority to do from that point in time. Maybe it's possible to reverse it somehow. I would think someone is digging into that as we speak.

      Yes I agree and I thought that's how they were supposed to work but it doesn't seem so in this case you hand out a pardon even if you're not guilty or convicted of a crime and then expecting to walk free if you would be charged because you were pardoned.       Nixon got a preemptive pardon, so unfortunately there is a precedent for this. For Biden to do this for his whole family and for purely political reasons is an abuse of power.
