My husband used that book. Its very helpful. Jesus Always. Yesterday was as a bad day for me. Alot of negative energy 😴 I prayed my way thru it 🙏 LOL It was me that congratulated you for NOT gaining weight this year. That would really make things worse for you. Coming from someone who gained this year. Thanks again for another fulfilling video❤

fwiw, i like your faith writings! I have a complex relationship with Christianity and I don't go to any churches but Jesus is Good People in my book! I love getting to see how His word enriches the lives of those who take the messages of community, love, faith, and responsibility seriously, because if more people did, the world would be a better place. I also get a lot of ideas for my own faith-oriented sections of my journal, even if I'm reflecting on a philosophic text rather than scripture for example. Thanks for the long-form video, I always appreciate your candid honesty ♥

I'm glad you're having a better day, today. I looked back at my journals from yesterday, and I was having a rough one. Maybe it's the weather? I'm feeling MUCH better this morning.

@@moniki_writes I know that I don't get out as often when the temps begin to drop. So, it could just be because I'm not getting out of the house.

You are the queen of planner/journal creativity. I agree with you on things we watch on any form of media especially if it’s something negativity can sometimes affect our sleep, thought, etc. I’m an avid reader of psychological thrillers and I love to watch the ID channel and thriller/crime movies and sometimes I think I need to pull back some…lol!!! For your cuticles, if you don’t put any cuticle cream or oil on them….try some olive oil and apply just a very small tiny amount around your cuticles and rub it in everyday at least twice a day for a week and your cuticles will begin to look nice.

@@BookishIntrovert63 I have learned that what I read affects my sleep. I don't necessarily have bad dreams about what I read, but I do know that my sleep is much more restless and just not as peaceful. I've moved toward 'softer' mysteries and 'clean' love stories. It has helped.

@@chaoswithsusanSometimes it can be a bad dream which will lead to a restless night. But I can’t just stop watching or reading my thrillers. …lol. However, I will not watch the ID channel at night. Yes, my softer mystery is Murder She Wrote
