This tool is used to replace A leaking Schrader valve on the high and low pressure sides of your vehicle’s AC system. This tool allows for the replacement while not having to evacuate or recharge the AC system, saving additional costs and time. It comes in a hard plastic case where all the components are safely stored. This is their larger master kit, they have cheaper options available as well.
This kid includes there are 134 a high side 16 mm connector and 13 mm connector feel low side, 1/4" FL swivel connector, standard valve core remover and installer tool, GM larger body valve core tool, JRA R134a for a valve core tool, Eaton R134A high and low tool, 1/4" male by 3/16" female high side for GM and Ford and 1/4" male by 1/8" female high side for Ford. For the video demonstration, I use this on a 2001 Toyota Tacoma. This is a professional tool and from what I’ve found only available from Mastercool.
All the components are made from brass or stainless steel construction with plastic knobs on the valve. The high and low side adapters are anodized red and blue to easily tell them apart. Everything you can feel is of high quality and any O-rings are easily replaceable if one.
As you can see you would select your appropriate valve core removal tool, screwed it into the main valve body, and then thread on the proper high or low quick disconnect fitting. You will be required to supply your own wrenches to tighten the connections.
As a demonstration when not installed on the vehicle, here you can see all the components in place. You’ll need to make sure the valve is open then push the valve core removal tool all the way down until it locks into the Schrader valve. Once you locked into place, screw-down The retaining sleeve. Unscrew the valve, unscrew the retaining sleeve and either pull back the valve or allow the pressure to push it back. There is a small O-ring in the tip of the removal tool which holds in place the Schrader valve. After that is closing off the valve and then remove the valve core removal tool. Once it is removed you can then replace the old Schrader valve with a new one, screw the tool back onto the valve body, open the valve, push in the new Schrader valve, and finally screwed into place.
For another demonstration on the truck. First is locating either the high or low pressure port. You’ll need to select the correct quick disconnect fitting along with the valve removal tool. Pull the plunger back and clip on the quick disconnect. Rotate it to ensure it is locked into place. Push down the plunger and lock it onto the Schrader valve. Tighten down the sleeve retainer.
While holding a sleeve retainer and then loosen and remove the Schrader valve. Then remove the retaining sleeve and allow the plunger to fully push out.
As you can see there is pressure inside the tool. Then close the valve using the blue knob. This will stop the pressure from escaping the system.
Unscrew The valve removal tool, and pull it out with the Schrader valve. The Schrader valve will be stuck in the end, replace it with a new one.
Reinstall the removal tool. Open the valve and then push down the plunger gently, thread in and tighten the new Schrader valve.
Once tight, pull back The quick disconnect to remove the tool. The valve is finally replaced and minimal refrigerant has been lost in the system.
This is a very common area for AC systems to leak. I do have a full in-depth tutorial and how to use this tool along with checking for leaks on your AC system. Overall I would say this tool is very well-made and if you are working on AC systems constantly then it’s a must have for your toolbox.

Problem is I don't see flared 1/4" ends, when unscrewing. The setup needs the flared 45° nipple that technician can remove the schrader valve, then pull a vacuum. But it does no good to the technician if you can't hook up the vacuum tool after you remove the schrader.
Just so you know it works on fords big valve i got it & is fixed like he said !

The question I have, is: Does this kit handle 10mm schrader valves used in some AC systems?
I have been trying to figure that out too its annoying how no one responds on youtube comments on most videos.
Can this be used on the high side for R12?
200 bucks what a rip off cheaper to have the system uncharged change the valve vacuum and recharge. The R134A needed to recharge will be cheaper than this tool sheesh.
