I found a 120 owl, which is bad but it was the only lvl that was good, and my game crashed after I tamed it. I ended up losing the owl, my rifle, and the darts.

One thing from when u were talking about the domes; i would love if there was a pathway from the sunken forest that ran REALLY deep down till it was under the city and it was a massive, tropical tidal pool/oceanic biome lit by like a huge element core like a city generator with blue glow like wires powering the city from below stretched across the ceiling like a sky and patches of element between them like bright purple clouds. That would be gorgeous AND badass.

Too bad ragnarok and the griffin are not part of arks story
The three obelisk biomes represent the dlcs. The desert is scorched earth. The sunken forest is abberation. And the ice biome is ragnarok. And the wasteland itself represents how ark is kinda terrible because wildcard makes it. And the city shows how great ark could’ve been under a different developer.

I can see them not adding wyverns because you don’t need a saddle, so you wouldn’t need scorched, but they should let you tame rock drakes because you would need aberration to get the saddle.
I hope someone makes a map expansion for extinction that adds a wyvern/rock drake trench

Gacga's in ark have personalitys . They get depressed when near other gacha's . They need to be at 10 foundations spread apart. When that far from other gacha's. The gacha's will smile. If less than that distance away they will look sad and depressed / emo teen, test it out . I found this out from a ark youtuber named thickfredom

Actually having a 1 Male next to 1 female makes both of them happier than when they're by themselves. Having more closer will make them depressed

An ocean biome would be amazing. One deep deep ocean with caves. Maybe parts of a sunken city.
Honestly, the thing I dislike about this map is that there’s like one or two new creatures per biome, I just feel like there could be more.
But all corrupt creatures so far entitling has the second most creature dlc (first the island)

The bola thing was a bug. Extinction creatures weren't assigned drag weights initially, allowing for bolas and pteras to carry tons of stuff. This has since been fixed.
Tamed one yesterday, all but one attempt has involved wolves eating the sleeping owl. Much easier to tame when you have one yourself
You were originally able to bola snow owls (we tamed a couple 114's using them in the first few days), but during the first big update that removed the meteor showers, they removed the ability to bola them

I actually really like the crystal openings at the beginning of the episodes. It's almost like a little Mini lottery.
You use to be able to bola snow owls bofore the first big patch for extinxtion. Most of the new creatures had no drag weight assigned to them so u could bola and pick all of them up with a ptera, even Gachas and gasbags.
Ankys sound the saddest when they die. I feel really sorry for them when they die.

if you get the stamina down with your snow owl with its ice thing then when the stamina is down you spam the poop button meanwhile the stamina goes up you will get tons of snow olw pellets
Not poop levels, pellet levels
Use the ice mid air to freeze creatures, then keep holding freeze down while your tribe shoots it to tame it/kill it, you can even heal unconscious creatures!

The extinction creatures aren't technically mechanical. You might say they're slightly corrupted. They have more element in them than the aberration creatures, but less than a fully corrupted animal.
You should enable food for raid dinos and build huge bases on the sky Titan

snow owls tend to spawn in low levels with the s+ transmiter ive only seen about 2 or 3 above 100
and titans are used for king titan fight
th bola with snow owls was possable around the you could pick gachas up with pteras.it might have been a bug that was fixed i even had one bolaed and pillers built around it with ceilings to hold it in place. wasnt the best looking trap but worked lol
Bee hives spawn also around the Sanctuary.
The gachas apparently have emotions,when happy they produce more.

Btw syntac I know you Don't need this but there is an ark dino leash that keeps dinos in place, though it is slightly glitchy.
Put a Gacha Crystal into ur Actionbar and press and hold the Button... fastest way to do that without micro lags

I cleared out the ice dome 3 times over when I was hunting for an owl using a tek transmitter and the highest level I found was a 156. It took me hours and I honestly killed around 60 owls.

Flyers :30% speed boost /30% decreased stamina consumption
Herbivores: 30% dmg reduction / 30% stamina regain
Carnivores: 30%more dmg/dmg reduction
Also for Dino’s that can’t jump
Carnivores: the jump key should enter a stealth mode or an ambush stance increasing dmg and speed for 5 seconds or some could have a hunt ability that is used to track
Herbivores: no jump could have maybe ability to stand on two legs reducing dmg by 5% for bigger Dino’s and smaller ones should have a hearing
I'm not sure if they changed anything, but I DEFINITLY got my breeding pair of Owls by bola-ing them .. they were in fact flying, it was kinda hard to hit, cause they're so fast and their hitbox is crap.. so it took me some tries and bola's but yeah.. again, maybe they changed something?
I tried to tame a Managahma that was stuck floating like that and I stood on its back and waited for it to tame. When it tamed it started floating and would not stop.
Its been 5 days since and its somewhere in the sky cause it still hasn't died
I wish that ark would make like a underwater leviathan boss and different ocean biomes and more with ocean especially in extinction since they didn't do anything with the water

I believe they changed the owls with an update... I used to be able to bola them, and then when I couldn't I looked on the wiki and they changed it to chain bola.
You can throw out more than 1 dino from a cryopod and feed it stimulants and it will wake up
If you put your Owls close to your Gacha's the Gacha's will pick up the owl pellets as soon as they drop. Kinda like an auto farm. Just supply stone. 6 owls keep my 1 Gacha full of pellets
can you use titans in orbital supply drops? if so you could tame them for that.

You could bola them the first day or two max when extinction came out. I watched another TH-camr do it, I'm sure it was patched or changed/fixed. You could also carry some extinction dinos with a pteranodon, gas bags for sure.

So you might have been able to bola them in a previous patch, same patch you could carry gachas in... i tamed mine through bola, but through testing it no longer works

At release you were able to bola owls, but they patched it a short while later
