I am very good at positioning and closing in angles but sometimes whenever I save shots I sometimes tear ligaments even though the shot wasn’t that powerful I am 12 yr and I am 5,3 I am a very short goalkeeper but I have my capabilities.. I really need help..

A lot of them were false kicks as your leg went over the cone line, if you were to try again stand back a bit further I got penalised in a kicking competition for that reason and guinness world record does the same.
