Jesus already existing like how humans have Mind, Heart and Soul; Jesus came out of the Father before creation of humankind in simple words God from God. The Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and Jesus, in simple words the union of love between Father and Son (Jesus) progenerates the Holy Spirit which means He is the Spirit of both the Father and Son but came of the Father and Son before creation but already existed just like the humans having Mind, Heart and Soul. God does this so that upon creation; the Father could be in Heaven, the orginal abode of God at the same time Jesus could be in this world and Holy Spirit inthe hearts of good souls as conscience.
