Used to ride my dirt bike in Croom and across the river where Pemberton used to be back in the early 70’s. The railroad and the wooden trestle across the river were still intact at that time although not in use. The north-south ACL line between Owensboro junction and Dunnellon that ran alongside the Croom motorcycle area was still quite active though.
