God willing if Baba wins ,he needs to consider moving the capital to Lodwar or Isiolo
The capital cannot be moved to Lodwa owing to its geographical location. Isiolo has been suggested even in the past, particularly in the 1970s, because of its central location. This idea was shelved mainly because of the astronomical cost it was bound to incur. But now that the trend is to build smart cities, perhaps it's now time to revive the idea.

For me I oppose legalizing weed for now because I don't believe we've the mechanism to control supply for use only for medicinal purposes. If that were done today we'd be giving our thousands of indolent youth a free licence to be high most days at the expense of all else. Once such a mechanism has been created, then, and only then, wouldn't be objectionable to license it.
Of course if it's illegal it would be legal to grow yours too
