Time has given him a chance that very few have, the Kenyan story has been unfolding its itself near his presence and at times he has aslo contributed, for sure there are very few to match him if any. He is a Kenyan icon.
One thing that have come confident of is a fact that Raila has a soft sport for everyone in his heart unlike many. He is not a revenge person as foreseen by some tribal foes ! If he has been able to forgive and forge forward after kunyanganywa ushindi several times, He is surely a man that the country needs. Baba has created so many leaders and politicians in Kenya. Probably More than Moi if not, then only second to him. Even some that insult him today were made by him. I also think he is the most forgiving politician I know. It's amazing how the guy doesn't keep grudges.

China was denied space in the ISS by America. Actually inside the ISS, it's real beef.! American astronauts dont mingle with the russian cosmonauts. Their spaces are separate, you can feel the tension. Lol.
But guess what , that's a good thing bcoz such hostility in technology creates a unique type of competition, one trying to outdo the other, and thats now new frontiers are conquered. I also cannot wait for the chinese space program/station, considering the fact that china has cemented a very cordial relationship with Russia. Eg they're training the chinese now to have full control of the S-400 SAMS, something they never do. So that partnership is great..
I'm also excited about Neuralink , hyperloop and the whole Elon Musk endeavor.
And also his beef with Jeff Bezoz of Blu Origin and competition with Virgin Atlantic, I see space travel and frontiers being a part of out lifetime very soon.!
