April of 2023 I was drinking 14 beers at least a night and over 300 pounds. Now on April 1st of 2024 I'm down to 192 and sober almost a year. These videos helped me a lot.

I’ve been that guy for 30+ years in my marriage and now I’m headed for divorce. But… I’ll never compromise my standards and I’ll continue to drive on do the right thing, the first time, knowing that I’m going to make it. Even though all of the hurt, I’ll be alright.
I’m in the same situation. You got this. One day at a time, do the next right thing over and over. You are the guy because you are committed to stand on your square and fight to the end. Keep your head high brother, we still here in the good fight.
