I live in Kansas city Missouri. When I awoke around 7 it was barreling down snow and by the time I went down town and back home at 2 it was like it didn't even snow it went from 32 degrees to 70 degrees in like 8 hours .my tin foil hat is buzzing and its saying governments playing with the thermostat again.

If you bomb a tornado, you'll maybe dissipate the funnel but it will simply reform. Supercells are unfathomably powerful and have energies over 100x more than nuclear weapons. There's an entire storm powering a tornado. Look at 2 mile wide wedge tornadoes and their parent storms, and then tell me your nuclear weapon will somehow destroy it.

We could store water from Europa or enceladus inside Petri dishes along the earths atmosphere. Petri dishes can mimic artificial rain and snow. Not as a weapon but the Petri dishes could be used as a magnifying glass to heat ice caps during winter. Ultraviolet protective Petri dishes could block unwanted sunlight.

Far too much aerosol in the sky makes too many condensation points for clouds to form big enough drops to fall. Water in the sky increases and doesn't fall. Eventually, an imbalance occurs and really hard rain happens again, so more aerosol must be added to reach equilibrium once more, holding rain back. Eventually, again rain begins. It clears out lots of particles in a localized area, allowing more rapid and bigger raindrop creation, locally.

The only Gods known to "control" wheather is Thor and Zeus. In all other myths and religions the gods created the wheather. They didn't control it. Except for some passages in the christian bible that explains how God hated their own creation, humans, so God tried to kill all humans in a flood.
But if you are talking the Christian God. Which most people are when they just say "god". Then there is no God today. God/Christ/Jesus died on the cross for all humans sins. From that point on humans were alone. I don't get why people keep missing this part of the bible. The only God left in terms of the Christian Bible is the legacy that lives on with us and in us. That we have to bring with us moving forward.
In other religions and myths it's a bit of a different story. You have the nordic mythology and ragnarok. There are 2 surviving Gods after Ragnarok. Thors son and Thors brother. The only two others that can wield Mjølner. All other Gods die during Ragnarok.
