Looks good. I don’t see a fat source. I would be sure to add a teaspoon of virgin olive oil and of course fresh garlic is always a super healthy addition.
Thanks for referral. Always hesitant to try these bcuz you have to trust they are putting in it what they say.
Safest way is real ingredients when option is available.

Hello. I just got the Turmeric that you recommended. Thanks for recommending it. Just wondering why you had us get capsules... I thought we are suppose to use a powder for the Turmeric Water recipe. Don't get me wrong. I prefer capsules. They're easier to use. Thanks again for your video!!!

    • @foodsdrinks
      @foodsdrinks  ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@eddieyoung108 Firstly, thank you so much for watching the video and for your feedback! I'm really glad you found my recommendation useful. As for your question, it's an excellent one.
Capsules are indeed more convenient for many, and that's one of the reasons I recommended them. But there's more to it than just convenience. Turmeric capsules typically contain concentrated turmeric extract, which often makes them more potent than powder.
Also, while turmeric powder can be used in cooking or to make turmeric water, it's often hard to ensure a consistent dosage. With capsules, you know exactly how much you're getting each time. This can be especially beneficial if you're taking turmeric for its health benefits, as consistency is key.
That said, if you're interested in making turmeric water or using turmeric in your cooking, the powder is certainly a great option. Both forms have their benefits, so it really comes down to personal preference and what fits best into your lifestyle.
I hope this clears up any confusion! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Thanks again for your support, and happy health journey!

I tried adding this to my potions several years ago. I was hoping it would help with inflammation. I was not expecting it to elevate my mood the way it did. It was like what I'm guessing an anti-depressant would be like. Really changed my life. My hands and feet have never felt better. I do take A LOT of other things... but, turmeric was one of those things that made me say Wow! I've been taking this for over three years now, and I'll be taking this 'till my dying days.
Consider buying bulk powder and not wasting your $$$ on the pills. **Highly recommended**.

I forgot to mention this Very Important Point:
Take piperine, which increases turmeric's absorption by a WHOPPING 2,000%!!! (Not 20%. Not 200%. But, 2,000%) It also aids in the uptake of your other supplements. Google: piperine to increase turmeric

It's amazing how nature provides us with these beneficial compounds, and your story reinforces the notion that holistic approaches can sometimes work wonders. It's impressive how it not only helped you with inflammation, but also unexpectedly boosted your mood.
Your advice about buying in bulk is practical and can help others save money. Keep spreading the word about the benefits you've experienced. Your journey and personal testimony are inspiring! Keep it up, and may you continue to enjoy the benefits of turmeric for many more years to come.

I have been taking turmeric for at least 4 years now. I have just recently discovered I was doing it wrong. I started looking up YT videos because it felt like I wasn't getting much benefit from it. I was taking it in capsule form early in the morning with no food. No fat at all, on an empty stomach. A few months ago I bought ground turmeric in bulk and started doing a daily drink and it has helped my body pain a lot and I have lost fat in the belly area and around the liver. (lowered ALT liver enzyme test) I had tennis elbow in both arms, plantar facsiitis in my left heel and I was getting severe burning in the muscles in the middle of my back. I forget what that's called. I had a lot of body inflammation going on. Here is the recipe I found for a daily drink mix. I take it late in the day 2 or 3 hours before sleep.
Ground turmeric w black pepper (1/2 tsp)
    Ground ginger (1/2 tsp)
    Lemon Juice (1 TBS)
    Creatine (2 TBS)
    Coconut oil (1 TBS)
    Honey (1 TBS)

Coconut Oil is the 2nd Great Natural Medicine behind Curcurma! Its like taking WD 40 to the brain tendrils between Nueons, eliminating the oxidation on them. That is my take on what causes so many brain disorders in us elderly. Alzheimers, Parkinson, Dimentia, etc. We have been taking it for 12 years now and none of those symptoms in we are in our late 70s. When I retired I had some minor shaking in my hands. My Dad had some Parkinsons Disease. Now years later, none of those symptoms.

I heard tumeric mixed 1 tsp of good quality of oil is good, teas that I tried but always try to use roots or organic, and some herbs I grow myself. Ginger, tumeric, bay leaf, whole cloves, ceylon cinnamon sticks, fresh lemon and honey, rosemary, spoonfool of sesame, chai seeds, basil tea, green tea is best to by ground up organic leaves Japanese have the best tea. start making vegetable soups. Also making fresh juice, i mix everything. I also make juice to put in my vegetable soup. My children don't like vegetables, so I blend onions, garlic, parsley, tomatoes, carrots, ginger root, tumeric bokchoy and use that in variety of my cooking. My children are eating vegetable and are telling me how great my sauces, casseroles, soups are. (Please note, I'm not on any medication, won't take vitamins that are capsule, I stick mostely to what mother earth has to offer.) What is scary is when I see people my age with 20+ medication a day. Staying slim also helps. Bless you all.

The best benefit of cucurmin for me is that it can block ATP synthesis in cancer cells but does not affect O2 burning (normal) cells. Also cancer cells need glucose as they cannot utilize fatty acids or ketones. So a low carb (glucose) diet like keto starving the cancer cells and cucurmin blocking ATP synthesis are steps that can be used instead of chemo.
