NY speeding tickets two issued on one stop and how this violates double jeopardy

Two speeding tickets attached to each other, two different arrest types; “1 - Patrol” and “2 - Radar”. Same stop same officer. Same court

I had a similar incident but I wasn’t sure if it would still be a violation of double jeopardy. Issued 2 speeding tickets, on the same road, same time, same officer. One for going 72 in a 50 and one for 70 in a 35. Location on both tickets are the exact same. “E from Jog rd N heading W”

100% a violation of double jeopardy under the NYS Constitution.

Last year May 12, ‘23 1 AM no cars at all on LIE I got pulled over by Hwy 3 off of the Cross Island this officer gave me 3 tickets!!!! 1 for 98 mph and 106 mph both on 55mph 🙄 it’s STUPID.
