    మేడం మంచిగా ఎక్స్ప్లెయిన్ చేసిండ్రు లాస్ట్ కు ఒకటి చెప్తారు కదా ఇక్కడ ఏం రేటు ఉందో కనుక్కొని చేయమని కమర్షియల్ ప్లాట్ రేట్ చెప్పింది రాళ్లు ఎందుకు ఫ్రీగా ఇచ్చినట్టే మీరు ఎక్స్ప్లెయిన్ చేశారు ఇప్పుడున్న సిచువేషన్ లో 40 50 వేలు పెడితే మహా ఎక్కువ అమ్ముకోవాలి అంటే అంతవరకే పోతది లేకపోతే ఉత్తగనే టైం వేస్ట్

    If we invest 3.6 cr in any other projects or properties (Ex: Ridhira zen), we can get 1.8 lakhs monthly rent. Another such project is Hyderabad One. Price is okay, but Not worth in rental aspect.
