On top of his looks it makes sense why he is so full of himself despite the fact that he acts pretty similar to the other boys and especially ataru. He just acts more of a gentlemen about it and has the looks and wealth for most girls to overlook that fact.

Definitely. Lala is totally an expy of Lum. Receiving an accidental proposal/confession from the MC in place of the more “normal” love interest… princess of her home planet… penchant for creating gadgets that cause mishaps… Oh and they’re both modeled after mythological beings typically depicted as evil, Ogres for Lum and devils for Lala. Also Lala’s tail can fire energy similar to how Lum’s horns give her the power to fire bolts of electricity.
@@lazylonewolfI find it to be the exact opposite. To Love Ru is actually engaging for me, while most of this show has been hard to enjoy. And it’s not because of the fanservice. I actually find the characters in To Love Ru to be likable and endearing, while most of the cast of UY is borderline intolerable.
