Hello Irish. For example: Lets say ikaw yung customer. At ako ang major supplier mo ng inventory. Bilang customer ko, dapat malaman mo din makita yung financial information ng major supplier mo, which is ako. What if palugi na pala ako, tapos major supplier mo pa ko? What if pabankrupt na business ko? Edi malaki chances maapektuhan din ang business mo. Kaya para maiwasan yung mga ganyang ganap sa business. Dapat palagi malaman ni customer ko, which is ikaw, yung financial information ko. Hoping this example will help.

What I saw there was the book only by Christorpher Domingo the Taglish Accounting book then I bought it kaso sir may mga Problem solving na di ko alam pano sundan. Yung sa video nyo ngayon swak na swak talaga at ang daling intindihin. Superb informative at ipinapaliwanag talaga ng maayos. Graduate na ako sir ng BSBM major in Operations at gusto ko talaga matutunan ang accounting in 2007 kasi took BSA kaso I was immature on that time sinukuan ko agad. My biggest regret in my life. I am planning to get another degree BSA pero working student na dahil ako na mismo magpapaaral sa sarili ko. Gagawin ko inspirasyon mga videos mo sir. Maraming salamat.

Good day Maria. Not sure kung same kasi hindi pa kami nakakabrowse ng 2014 edition. Ang ginamit namin na edition sa basic accounting by Sir Ballada is 2010 edition. Kahit 2010 edition pa yung ginamit namin, pwede pa namin yun gamitin until now for purpose of discussing basic accounting topics dito 🙂

Basically kasi, ang OR ay ginagamit for payment for services. Pag proof of payment para sa goods ang ginagamit ay collection receipt. Proof of purchase ng goods ay Sales invoice na usually supported ng Delivery receipts. Hope it helps.

Kung ikaw ang seller, magrerecord ng sales. It can be cash or AR. However, kung ikaw ang buyer at meron kang sales invoice na binigay ng seller, then your entry can be credit to ap or cash. Depende sa mode of payment. Hope it helps, ralph 🫶

Hi Ian! Yes, dapat lahat ng binibili mo ay evidenced ng valid receipt para maclaim mo sya as expense for tax purposes. Basically, dapat lahat ng business transactions mo ay supported ng valid documents like invoices, official receipts.

Lets say ikaw yung customer. At ako ang major supplier mo ng inventory.
Bilang customer ko, dapat malaman mo din makita yung financial information ng major supplier mo, which is ako.
What if palugi na pala ako, tapos major supplier mo pa ko? What if pabankrupt na business ko? Edi malaki chances maapektuhan din ang business mo.
Kaya para maiwasan yung mga ganyang ganap sa business. Dapat palagi malaman ni customer ko, which is ikaw, yung financial information ko.

What I saw there was the book only by Christorpher Domingo the Taglish Accounting book then I bought it kaso sir may mga Problem solving na di ko alam pano sundan. Yung sa video nyo ngayon swak na swak talaga at ang daling intindihin. Superb informative at ipinapaliwanag talaga ng maayos. Graduate na ako sir ng BSBM major in Operations at gusto ko talaga matutunan ang accounting in 2007 kasi took BSA kaso I was immature on that time sinukuan ko agad. My biggest regret in my life. I am planning to get another degree BSA pero working student na dahil ako na mismo magpapaaral sa sarili ko. Gagawin ko inspirasyon mga videos mo sir. Maraming salamat.

Good day Maria. Not sure kung same kasi hindi pa kami nakakabrowse ng 2014 edition. Ang ginamit namin na edition sa basic accounting by Sir Ballada is 2010 edition. Kahit 2010 edition pa yung ginamit namin, pwede pa namin yun gamitin until now for purpose of discussing basic accounting topics dito 🙂

Basically kasi, ang OR ay ginagamit for payment for services. Pag proof of payment para sa goods ang ginagamit ay collection receipt.
Proof of purchase ng goods ay Sales invoice na usually supported ng Delivery receipts. Hope it helps.

Good evening sir im quite unfamiliar sa mga source documents i just wanna ask if halimbawa sa "sales invoice" sabi niyo kase pag may hawak kana nito sinisingil kana nang seller so pano po siya e record sa journal is it dr. Cash cr. Sales or dr. A/R cr. Sales?
Kung ikaw ang seller, magrerecord ng sales. It can be cash or AR.
However, kung ikaw ang buyer at meron kang sales invoice na binigay ng seller, then your entry can be credit to ap or cash. Depende sa mode of payment.

Hi Ian! Yes, dapat lahat ng binibili mo ay evidenced ng valid receipt para maclaim mo sya as expense for tax purposes. Basically, dapat lahat ng business transactions mo ay supported ng valid documents like invoices, official receipts.
