Hi Chris and everyone, many thanks for the review and information. It sounds like I am probably looking more towards the 457 LRP?? Unless anyone has a more cost effective longer range 22 rummy with good accuracy probably mainly bench shooting, but some rabbit/rough shooting ability. Like always I like your reviews with the information and specifications that you give. Many thanks, Richard.

I like your presentations, so easy to take on board with no B/S. For me, i'd take the LRP over the MDT personally, in fact i almost did get a LRP but after much deliberation and weighing up i plumped for the Bergara B14-R and am totally satisfied with it.
Happy New year and keep them vids rolling in.

Great little gun. If I was to do the chassis, I would want a longer front end. Get the bipod out there a bit further, and help balance. ❤️🇺🇸

You might not be into Dynamic PRS but it was really a DYNAMIC presentation....as usual. Thanks Chris, I enjoyed this review. I'm off to NZ in 10 days for 5 weeks, to do some Hunting and Fishing with my big brother and family reunion. 😃🦌🐗🐏

Great video again. Nice little set up. What’s the bipod on the LRP btw?

It belongs to a friend, I have no idea what it's called and I'm not sure he does either, he bought it used and it's also been modified, sorry I can't help.

Max LRP confusion considering the optic is also an LRP - this this something you are reviewing too? if so looking forward to that, specifically going to BSS to compare Zeiss LRP with some of its competitors.

I have reviewed the 457 LRP. Im reviewing the Zeiss S5 for a magazine, scope reviews on TH-cam gain little traction I'm afraid

Hi chris, I like the look and features of the mdt and wondering if it would be a easy rifle to use in the field, after watching your 2 part review on the Lrp a couple of years ago I bought one for target shooting at the club,I’m now doing more short range field shooting pest control max 65 meters although it’s still very accurate it is very cumbersome and awkward …so the question is do I swop for an mdt .22rf or fit an easy stock to use in the field
    Any thoughts
    Thanks 👍

It's all explained in the video. I wouldn't choose to hunt with an LRP but the choice is yours
