I'm not saying indurain didn't dope. but he sure as hell was the most gifted rider of his generation. and didn't take more dope than the rest. lemond was clean and without epo he couldn't follow anymore. but consider how indurain was getting at his age peak in 1992/1993 and lemond wasn't and already in 1990 indurain was world class itt man. only breukink was better, another rider who didn;'t use epo and started to suck after 1991
Does anybody else wonder about how Indurain beat Lemond by a mere 8 seconds in a LONGER time trial 12 months earlier and then in '92 he took more then 4 minutes out of Lemond. Am I the only one that thinks that's not possible by training and diet alone. Remember that the last rider the be called the "extraterrestrial" was Ivan Basso and we all know what he was on.
Lemond and Fignon were vying for the win a few years before. By 92 they were also rans against the watch. Lemond was as smooth and efficient looking rider as I’ve ever seen. One of the best TT riders ever. Here we see Indurain, Bugno etc mashing along like robots. The Tour died in the 80s. Interesting that Indurain has escaped all the doping scandal which I think I has much to do with him treating others well and behaving like a gentleman. He was amazing to watch but doped to the gills and another one who was sold to us as having “a big engine”... they all do, it’s the drugs that make the difference

Gracias Miguel.
Gracias Miguel, nos Enseñaste a ganar!!
indurain che classe e che potenza...grande miguel...
Maybe the best crono in the history of this sport
Not maybe, the very best.

Bando alle cavolate ...the king of crono !!!

It was not the same Lemond.

Of course. Lemon leave the drugs in that moment.
CLM du Luxembourg 92 = Super EPO
Les chaudières de la Banesto. Quel cyclisme gerbant.

Sorry but that´s stupid. There are TONS of examples like yours
L'ère EPO. indurain l'extra terrestre
epo power
doped times
La era del EPO 💊💉💰
