This was one of the best videos ive seen from a trini you tuber... this is something you should do for those who live in trindad and never seen these places or even the ones away who never knew places like these exist... please do more videos like these going to locations off the beaten path or places that have some history behind it... statues,landmarks in areas with history etc etc... most youtuvers just focus on food beach river etc thats all good but no one never really focus on other areas of trindad like how you did in this video... keep posting more like this

Mr. Sana interestingly as a Kid in Guyana, I love to feast on the Monkey Apple - and the Lotus Nuts. I know most Asian Countries especial the Chinese - the Lotus Nuts are use in traditional Chinese medicines to cure Diarrhea, insonmia, palpitations other stress related problems. The Vietnamese and Thais add the stem in soup and curry. The leaves are substitute for plates to eat seven curry. The flowers are use for prayers to Goddess Lakshmi. This is a sacred plant in Asia and Guyana.I am not quite sure if people use this leaf or the sohari in T&T. Very beautiful Video.
