#9: I agree! I thought of Heavy Orchestral Music as something too grand or too formal. #8: What scared me as a kid was the black background, the quiet music, and the glowing triangle point. Three of them had heavy orchestral music, and one of them looked like some asteroids were going to crash into the earth, and the logo at the end kind of reminded me of pipe organs.

Am I the only one who was scared of the “Distributed by Buena Vista” logo? A film I watched all the time when I was little that had/has that logo was the many adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Everything about it, from the abstract blue background, to the weird font used for the “Buena Vista” text, and ESPECIALLY the music I found creepy. I’m not entirely sure if the music in the logo on many adventures is used in other films. It wasn’t the only logo that scared me - I was also scared of the the gold Walt Disney home video logo as well, radical sheep logo, Sony wonder website bumper, paramount dvd logo, paramount feature presentation logo, “cheesy shield” Warner home video logo, aka cartoon logo, and 2002 deluxe digital studios logo. As well as the “flashbang” bumpers on 90s Disney tapes as well as another Disney bumper - the “spinning disc” bumpers from 2006-2020. They’d have a spinning disc on the top left corner and the music would always be unpredictable, where sometimes they’d be calm, while others they’d be bombastic. Even to this day I mute the volume whenever I watch a dvd with those bumpers.
For me the warner home video logo didn't necessarily SCARE me but I do understand why its on this top list because this logo did make me really nervous. The heavy instrumental music was a little creepy to me. but OMFG I agree with you on the disney feature presentation logo at 6:13 that logo was my nightmare and the reason why I was scared to go to sleep. That logo scared me because 1. the music is just so HORRIFYING to me and 2. I was always afraid that a monster would jump out of the tv whenever the logo plays. I know that last reason sounds stupid but thats just how it was for me when I was little.
MGM is my scariest. i saw some episodes of tom and jerry on boomerang and the tanner the lion logo would show up. i ran out of my room at sonic speed. i am still kinda scared of it but i am very slowoly getting used to it.

Brookwell McNamara Entertainment scared the shit out of me as a child
I Agree
What?! Sony Wonder is Nostalgic Overload
Disney Feature Presentation is Very LOUD🔊👂
CPB logo, sometimes
I hated and was deathly afraid of the thx logo
I don’t have a lot of time for you right now I have no idea
Agreed Big Time On Number 4
Why is the Warner Brothers Home Video logo have low-pitched music?
Brian The Magic Minion I caught that as well. This was made before screen recording was a thing, so I could only use clips that TH-cam editor would provide. You must have a good ear.
I used to get spooked by the Universal Animation Studios logo when the logo transformed and I was afraid of all the Deluxe Digital logos (except for the current Deluxe logo) that produce Universal and Fox movies however I was afraid of all three of those logos that appeared at the end of Curious George but I was less spooked by the microvision logo
MediawareDavid Macrovision never scared me, it was boring to me. And I loved the universal animation logo! I would sit around the TV when that logo came on just to see the smiling air plane show up!
What was the music used from your intro?
The Klasky Cuspo rooster was very bad, but I like the music! 😂
Like at that and I hate the Feature Presentation logo this is why he's scared of it because of the man's voice and music
For the lyrick logo that's a duck or goose in the water.
Does it have bnd
Nope
I love the video!
Sony wonder wasn't scary for me when I was little I loved it
Me too!
The Sid and Marty Croft 2015 logo scared me
no, your wrong. totally wrong. it was first used in 1987 to 1988. then it was used again in 2009. *THEN* it is now used since 2015.
I AGREE WITH #1 SO MUCH (sorry for the caps...)
Josh Poventud That was one of my scariest logos as a kid too! (My second-scariest, in fact!) It still freaks me out to this day! (The text, the voice, the fanfare...SOMEONE HOLD ME!!)

Feature Presentation in cusrsive text made me deaf. It was like earrape before it was cool.

MY SCARE FACTOR/REACTIONS FOR THIS LOGO IS...
12 - WALT DISNEY HOME VIDEO (THE CLASSICS) - HIGH
11 - LYRICK STUDIOS - BRUTALLY HIGH (AAAAAAHHH!!! IT IS KILLING ME!!! I CAN'T HOLD ON MUCH LONGER FOR THAT LOGO!!!)
10 - KLASKY CSUPO (ROOSTER) - VERY LOW (IT IS TOO MECHANICAL CHICKEN REMIX. THAT LOGO WAS MADE FROM METAL.)
9 - CBS FOX VIDEO - LOW
8 - MACROVISION (QUALITY PROTECTION - QP) - VERY LOW (THAT LOGO WAS NOT SERIOUSLY SCARY FOR ME BUT IT IS PERFECT FOR THEM TO MAKE THEIR OWN VIDEO GAME - THAT LOGO WILL BE SHOWN BEFORE THE TITLE SCREEN OF THE GAME.)
7 - WARNER HOME VIDEO - VERY LOW (FASCINATING. VERY FASCINATING BUT IT IS NICE IF THE MUSIC OF THAT LOGO WAS CREATED USING IREM M72 SOUND SYSTEM.)
6 - SONY WONDER - BRUTALLY HIGH (IT IS FUGLY BUT IT SEEMS TO BE SCARY JUST LIKE DE LAURENTIIS RICORDI VIDEO!)
5 - ONE TRUE MEDIA - LOW
4 - WALT DISNEY HOME VIDEO - MEDIUM TO HIGH
3 - PARAMOUNT HOME VIDEO - LOW TO MEDIUM
2 - THX - LOW
1 - DISNEY FEATURE PRESENTATION - BRUTALLY HIGH (AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!)
