The online subbed versions haven't been released either but since NETFLIX never allowed VIZ media to PORT the Eternal Movie over to DVD/Blue ray disc to begin with they likely won't allow the Cosmos movie to leave Netflix for its English version either but I blame Netflix and NOT VIZ media for that.

Probably NEVER since NETFLIX and NOT VIZ media NEVER allowed the Eternal Movie to get a English DVD/Blue ray disc dub version either while the film itself for Cosmos IS likely to get a ONLINE Netflix dub its DVD/blue ray disc version however isn't likely to get one.

ABOUT that if you don't LIVE in Japan not only are the DVD/Blue ray discs NOT SUBTITLED at all they won't even WORK on DVD/Blue ray players that are NOT from Japan.
Even the PS3/PS4 ONLY plays import VIDEO games but not import DVD/Blue ray disc MOVIES.
