4 of these 10 books are banned beacsue they hurt religious sentiments of a specific group. 3 because the author were writing against INDIA and 2 because they were writing against Indian Govt. 1 is banned due to explicitness. So in total I don't think the 7 books need to be banned. Only the three books favouring colonism and anti-India may be banned from public sale but even they should be allowed for people in academia.

दरअसल किताबो में एक सेंसर बोर्ड होना चाहिए, जिसमें हर भाषा, हर विधा जैसे पोयट्री, लेख, बायोग्राफी, निबंध आदि के, और हर राजनैतिक पार्टी के, हर लिट्रेचर सोसायटी के लेखक होने चाहिए، लेफ्ट, राइट, सेंट्रल हर विंग के थॉट वाले। फिर भी वे तय करें की बैन होनी चाहिए या नहीं। बस बैन करने का एक ही कारण होना चाहिए कि समाज में कोई झुटी अफवाह की कोई बात न रखी जाय, यदि सच्ची बातों पर बैन हो तो लेखक के पास उस देश का न्यायालय होगा, जहां का फैसला मान्य ही होगा। किताब का असर क्या होगा, क्या शिक्षा मिलेगी ये सिर्फ और सिर्फ पाठक ही तय करेंगे सदा, नकी कोई एजेंडा वादी लेखक या राजनैतिज्ञ। हां लेखक सिर्फ और सिर्फ सच्चाई परोसे, या कल्पना की स्टोरी भी सच्ची बातों से प्रेरित हो या काल्पनिक फंतासी है तो लेखक का स्पष्ट दावा दिया होना चाहिए, कॉपीराइट वायलेशन का रुल तो पहले से ही है।

बलात्कार की जननी ही हिंदू धर्म है
आज 18 वर्ष की आयु विवाह के लिए वालिग मानी जाती है। पर भारत का रूढ़ि वादी हिन्दू वर्ग 12 वर्ष की सहवास आयु पर ही अडिग था।
1860 में यह आयु 10 वर्ष थी। इसके 30 साल बाद 1891 में यह आयु 12 वर्ष की गयी। 34 साल तक इसमें कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होने दिया गया। इसके बाद 1922 में तब की केंद्रीय विधान सभा में 13 वर्ष का बिल लाया गया। पर धर्म के ठेकेदारों के भारी विरोध के कारण वह पास ही नहीं हुआ।
1924 में हरी सिंह गौड़ ने बिल पेश किया। वह सहवास की आयु 14 वर्ष चाहते थे। इस बिल का सबसे ज्यादा विरोध मदन मोहन मालवीय ने किया था, जिसके लिए 'चाँद' पत्रिका ने उनपर लानत भेजी थी। अंत में सिलेक्ट कमेटी ने 13 वर्ष पर सहमति दी और इस तरह 1925 में 34 वर्ष बाद 13 वर्ष की सहवास आयु का बिल पास हुआ था।
