97 Days Thru Hiking the Appalachian Trail

28 miles, how awesome is that. You're doing incredible. I really hope you see a moose. That would be so cool to see. Big day, 1600 miles, 28 in one day with big climbs and bugs! How Jeff doesn't wear a bug net is beyond me. I pop mine on the second I hear them buzzing by my ear, let alone the biting black flies, uggg. Very impressive day. Thanks for sharing your journey

I hiked the Long Trail in 1980...it cojoins the AT....you will see lots of moose near Stratton Pond....my favorite place...good luck.
